Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preterm pregnant women with intact membranes between 14 and 36+6 weeks of gestation; Pregnant women who consent to amniocentesis for amniotic fluid testing; Subclinical intrauterine infection occurred before drug intervention during pregnancy; Delivery in our hospital; The newborn was discharged from our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with preterm rupture of membranes before drug intervention; Genital structural abnormalities (except cervical insufficiency); There are clear clinical indications of infection.
