18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) At least 18 years old. 2) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. 3) Patients who qualify for LBBB heart failure or need upgraded pacing induced cardiomyopathy (PICM). 4) Meets the resynchronization guideline indication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis is unclear. 2) Patients with acute myocardial infarction, cardiac surgery, and severe aortic stenosis. 3) Unable to participate in follow-up for various reasons. 4) Active infection. 5) Pregnancy is expected within a year. 6) Various metabolic diseases that may affect the results of this study. 7) Vulnerable groups, including persons with mental illness, persons with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterates, students/subordinates of PI or researchers, employees of research units or sponsors, etc. 8) Any other conditions that the investigator did not consider appropriate for participation in the study.
