Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The goal is to enroll 150 patients with acute ischemic stroke who will be admitted to our hospital from July 1st, 2023, to July 31st, 2024. The inclusion criteria are as follows: (1) meeting the diagnosis criteria for stroke; (2) onset of symptoms within 72 hours; (3) age of 18 or above; (4) clear consciousness, without significant cognitive impairments, and willing to cooperate with examinations and treatments; (5) signed informed consent form, indicating their voluntary participation in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with brain tumors, traumatic brain injuries, parasitic diseases, metabolic disorders, and other diseases. (2) Patients with significant cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic, endocrine system, or gastrointestinal diseases. (3) Patients with allergies to the experimental drugs or multiple medications.
