Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) With signed informed consent; (2) Confirmed coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; (3) Coronary angiography completed, the degree of lesions met surgery standards; (4) Adults at the age of more than 18, male or female; (5) Primary coronary bypass grafting; (6) Elective surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Without signed informed consent; (2) Emergency surgery; (3) Patients with contraindications to coronary revascularization; (4) Patients who previously underwent thoracotomy surgery; (5) Concurrent other cardiac surgery (such as valve repair or valve replacement); (6) Other situations deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
