60 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Age = 60 years ( 2 ) ASA grade : I-III ( 3 ) Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac major surgery ; ( 4 ) communication is normal ; ( 5 ) Voluntary subjects and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Severely damaged liver and kidney and other important organ function. ( 2 ) There were neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, epilepsy and Parkinson 's disease before operation. ( 3 ) unable to cooperate with the completion of preoperative neuropsychological assessment ( 4 ) Any cerebrovascular accident happened in three months. ( 5 ) Taking sedatives, antidepressants and psychoactive drug abuse history, history of alcohol abuse, etc. ( 6 ) Hearing impairment or visual impairment ( 7 ) Refusal to sign a consent form.
