VR experimental group:Start wearing VR goggles 5 minutes before dressing change until dressing change is complete.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A National Sun Yat-sen University patient with congenital middle and external ear malformation type 3 who underwent primary auricle reconstruction at Zhongshan Memorial Hospital; 2. Patients ranged in age from 6 to 13 years; 3. All patients were single ear malformation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe postoperative pain, the need to use invasive treatment to alleviate; 2. The patients were discharged early after operation without 5-day dressing change 3. It was difficult for the patients in the experimental group to use VR spectacles for 4 times.
