Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? External dislocation of patella twice or more; ? The age range from 10 to 50 years old, both male and female; ? Axial patellar radiographs or CT suggest patellofemoral joint malocclusion, external inclination of patella or lateral dislocation of patella. (5) CT indicates that TT-TG value is less than 20mm; ? no high or low patella, femoral trochlear development is normal; ? plain body healthy, no history of other knee joint diseases; ? Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patella dislocation combined with abnormal alignment of lower limbs; (2) Patients with other knee ligament injuries requiring repair or reconstruction; ? Patients with meniscus injury of knee joint needing repair; ? Patients with knee joint infection, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis and other knee arthritis; (5) Patients with relative and absolute contraindications to surgery; ? can not cooperate with the interviewer.
