Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)patients to be diagnosed as CIN or cervical cancer (2)willing to join this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with history of pelvic radiation or chemotherapy (2) with contraindiction of transvaginal ultrasound examinations
