18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age at least 18 years; 2)Length of ICU stay longer than 1 day and less than 28 days; 3)Patients in shock with vasoactive drugs within 24h of admission to ICU;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age >80 years 2)presence of underlying renal disease such as chronic kidney disease, renal transplantation, baseline abnormalities (>97.2 umol/L) 3)discontinuation of vasoactive drug infusion within a short time (within 5 minutes)of ICU admission 4)RRT on the first day of ICU admission or last creatinine test within the first day, 5)missing data >20% or missing key data such as weight no diagnosis and no information on volume, creatinine, or bilirubin
