Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? It meets the diagnostic criteria of heart failure with Ejection fraction retention; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for traditional Chinese medicine heart failure yang deficiency phlegm turbidity syndrome; ? Cardiac function level II-III (NYHA classification method); ? The age of the subjects is between 60 and 85 years old, including 60 and 85 years old, regardless of gender; ? Not receiving traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the past 2 months; ? The subject has informed consent to participate in this study, signed an informed consent form, and is able to cooperate with treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe heart failure, grade IV heart function, or acute myocardial infarction; l ? Patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and Hypotension; ? Complicated with cardiogenic shock, atrial fibrillation, severe ventricular arrhythmia, pericardial tamponade, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, acute myocarditis, severe cardiac valve disease with hemodynamic instability, pulmonary embolism, uncontrollable malignant hypertension, and obvious infection; ? Patients with serious diseases such as liver and kidney, hematopoietic system and Endocrine system; ? Malignant tumor patients; ? Individuals with mental disorders and unwillingness to cooperate; ? Pregnant, lactating women or women with fertility requirements; ? Allergic constitution and allergy to Drug allergy used.
