Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old 2. Gender: Male or female 3. Tumor sites: labial or buccal mucosa, floor of mouth, tongue, gingiva, retromolar triangle, hard palate 4. Treatment: radical surgery was performed 5. Preoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma 6. Clinical stage: cT1-3N0-3M0, AJCC 8th edition 7. Body mass index: BMI=25kg/m2, WHO 2018 standard 8. Complete the PET-CT examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's data were incomplete 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Persons with mental or intellectual disability
