18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old; 2. 13C Urea Breath Test (13C-UBT) or pathological determination of Hp infection; 3. Patients who have received treatment for the first time and meet the indications for eradication; The patient signs an informed consent form and is able to cooperate with the follow-up patient; 4. The penicillin skin test was negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of upper gastrointestinal surgery and important organ damage; previous eradication therapy for H.pylori; 2. Take drugs that affect the gastrointestinal microbiota before one month, during, and after the first collection of samples; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Allergic to the drugs used in the study.
