Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The age of the patient is > 18 years old and the gender is not limited; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China, and confirm the diagnosis by head CT and/or MRI; ? Patients with first stroke within 3 months of onset, and mRS=2 scores; ? no serious heart, liver, renal insufficiency and other diseases; ? conscious and able to communicate normally; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Do not have a smart phone or do not use mobile APP function; ? Unwilling to install and use rehabilitation apps on mobile phones; ? Patients with poor compliance; ? Participate in similar intervention studies. ? With mental illness, or a history of mental illness.
