45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 45-70 years old ASA Level I - II Body mass index 18.5 = BMI<28 Planned postoperative intravenous patient-controlled analgesia for 48 hours Able to use postoperative intravenous analgesia pump correctly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative history of liver and kidney diseases History of psychiatric disorders and chronic pain Long term history of analgesic drug use Individuals who cannot cooperate in evaluating pain Recently taken drugs that inhibit or induce liver CYP3A4 enzyme activity (1 week before) or food (3 days before) Patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery
