35 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects aged 35-65 years old, regardless of gender. (2) In a healthy or sub-healthy state. (3) Can participate in this project for 3 years. (4) Can wear smart bracelet of Huawei for a long time to monitor health status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Excluding cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, chronic respiratory diseases, diabetes, hepatitis, tuberculosis, AIDS, treponema pallidosis, chronic gastrointestinal infections, severe chronic kidney disease, severe liver dysfunction, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism related diseases. (2) Pregnancy or pregnancy during the study period are excluded. (3) Exclude moderate to severe anxiety and depression. (4) Moderate to severe sleep disorders and cognitive disorders are excluded. (5) Exclude direct relatives of the subject or collateral relatives within three generations. (6) Exclude subjects who participated in other clinical studies within three months. And other subjects deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators.
