Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has experienced a stroke for the first time and meets the diagnostic criteria for various major cerebrovascular diseases in China, 2019. It has been confirmed by Computed Tomography or Magnetic Resonance Imaging as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage. 2. No gender limit, 40 years old = age = 80 years old; 3. The onset time is 2-6 months (stroke recovery period); 4. Upon assessment, there is a limb paralysis on one side, and Brunnstrom's lower limb motor function recovery stage II or above; 5. The evaluation level of lower limb muscle strength on the hemiplegic side is = 2 levels; 6. The evaluation level of the Functional ambulation category scale is = 4 levels; 7. Kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire(KVIQ-10) evaluation, with a score of = 25, indicating motor imagination ability; 8. The subject or his/her Legal guardian (if necessary) understands that he/she voluntarily participates in the study and signs the "Informed Consent Form".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe speech, attention, hearing, visual, intellectual, mental, or cognitive impairments (Mini-mental State Examination, MMSE = 26 points); 2. Concomitant severe primary or secondary diseases, such as severe liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, arrhythmia, etc; 3. Patients who have participated or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the month prior to enrollment.
