Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) A previous clear diagnosis of migraine or clinical symptoms and imaging data that meet the migraine diagnostic criteria of the third edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-3); 2) Have the ability to complete the «Headache Diary» independently or with the help of a guardian; 3) Sign informed consent; 4) Age not less than 9 years old and not more than 55 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded from this study in the presence of any of the following criteria at the discretion of the physician in charge: 1) severe systemic disease or disease that may alter neuropeptide levels, such as diabetes, active infection, recent myocardial infarction or surgery (within the past 3 months), renal failure, severe liver disease, inflammatory or neoplastic disease; 2) immunosuppressed patients, HIV-infected patients, drug or alcohol addicts who need to be treated with steroids or immunosuppressants; 3) Patients who used migraine prophylaxis or took opioids within 8 weeks prior to enrollment as recommended by Chinese, American or European migraine prevention and treatment guidelines; 4) Patients with severe mental disorders or intellectual disabilities
