18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 75 years; 2.Diagnosed CTPV/PVT patients according to clinical manifestations, laboratory and imaging examinations, who suffered from EGVB previously.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous TIPS, portal vein plasty or surgical shunt; 2.Complicated with other portal hypertension related complications, including refractory ascites, hepatorenal syndrome and hepatopulmonary syndrome. 3.Patients with Child-Pugh score over 12. 4.Uncontrolled EGVB or stabilized for less than 2 weeks; 5.Complicated with infection before surgery. 6.Dysfunction of organs including heart, lung, kidney(CrCl<30ml/min) and brain; 7.Liver cancer and other malignant tumors beyond Milan criteria; 8.Pregnant and lactating women.
