Interventions

Gold Standard:Tympanic membrane temperature =38 ° C at any time during labor

Index test:PI monitoring: PI values of the second toe of the right foot and the index finger of the right hand were measured simultaneously with two pulse oximeters while the mother was in the supine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) primiparas with singleton pregnancy who planned to undergo vaginal trial of labor; (2) planned to receive epidural labor analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) maternal BMI > 35kg/m2; (2) women with cardiovascular or endocrine diseases; (3) body temperature > 37.5°? before anesthesia; (4) Puerpera refused to participate.
