Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery between January 2022 and December 2022, aged 18-70, underwent single-port thoracoscopic surgery. Types of thoracoscopic surgery include: lung surgery (wedge resection, lobectomy, segmentectomy, sleeve resection); mediastinal surgery with lateral access to the chest.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women; previous ipsilateral thoracic surgery or simultaneous bilateral surgery; long-term use of analgesics before surgery; allergic to the drugs involved in the study; severe liver and kidney insufficiency, cardiopulmonary insufficiency; situations requiring additional pain relief after surgery (such as indwelling 2 or more chest canal, abdominal pain, arthralgia, secondary surgery, etc.); the operation time is less than 30 minutes or more than 6 hours; the pain assessment cannot be completed; the operation method is changed during the operation (such as conversion to thoracotomy, no indwelling chest drainage tube, etc.)
