20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Married women aged 20-45; (2) those who meet the diagnostic criteria of infertility; (3) both of their chromosomes were normal. (4) patients who can cooperate with the questionnaire. (5) give informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2)Other endocrine diseases, include thyroid dysfunction, Hyperprolactinaemia, polycystic ovary syndrome, diabetes, etc. (3) uterine or other reproductive organ malformations, uterine organic lesions, hydrosalpinx, endometriosis, and ovarian space-occupying lesions. (4) severe oligozoospermia, asthenospermia and teratozoospermia in male.
