Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with lung malignant tumor by pathological examination; ? Meeting the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for cancer-related fatigue, the Piper Fatigue Scale (Chinese revised version) score =6, namely, mild to moderate fatigue; ? Stable condition; ? KPS 60 or more points; ?18 years old<AGE <80 years old; ? Patients who have finished the first cycle of chemotherapy and are receiving the second or above cycle of chemotherapy; ? No TCM Hot Ironing Compress technique was used in one week before enrollment; ?Patients can actively cooperate with intervention treatment, unconscious disorder, can complete the scale, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with serious abnormality of heart, liver and kidney function; ? Abnormal bleeding and coagulation function; ? Local skin inflammation, scar, damage; ? Those who are using shengxue pill, Shenqi Fuzheng Injection, Zhenqi Fuzheng granule and other fuzheng supplementing traditional Chinese medicine or health care products, affecting the efficacy evaluation; ? Patients undergoing synchronous radiotherapy; ? Other contraindications of TCM Hot Ironing Compress.
