Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects are recruited on a voluntary basis. 1.Overweight and obese women with infertility: BMI=24.0kg/m2; Having not taken hormonal drugs within 3 months; No serious obstruction of critical organs; Without serious disorders of heart, liver, and kidney; The needs of pregnancy. 2.Overweight and obese pregnant women: Pregnant women who have been registered in the hospital in early pregnancy and have not undergone any treatment ; BMI=24.0kg/m2; Without gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart, liver and kidney disease, multiple pregnancies. 3. Women with excessive postpartum weight retention: Full-term single-born maternity; The infant is healthy; Weight retention of more than 5 Kg compared to their pre-pregnancy weight.
