Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Age =38 years old and =70 years old, gender unlimited; (3) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; (4)KL is graded as Class I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Knee trauma and surgical history; (2) Patients with tumors, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis and other diseases in the knee; (3) Psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc.; (4) Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental disease; (5) Patients with metal implants or claustrophobia and other MRI contraindications.
