Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guidelines (2020) 2: Age =18 years and =65 years 3: Body mass index (BMI) = 24 kg/m2 4: Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) = 7.5% and = 9% 5: The dosage form and dose of the original hypoglycemic regimen remained stable for at least 8 weeks, and no significant changes were made to the original lifestyle (the original hypoglycemic regimen allowed the use of single or combined hypoglycemic drugs recommended by the guidelines, including sulfonylureas, metformin, glenides, TZD, a-glycosidase inhibitors, and SGLT2i) 6: Sign the informed consent and comply with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with other types of diabetes such as type 1 diabetes, special type diabetes, etc. 2: Patients with severe acute and chronic diabetes complications 3: Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate with the experiment 4: Pregnant and lactating women 5: Secondary obesity, such as hypothyroidism and Cushing's syndrome 6: Long-term use of drugs that affect weight (such as orlistat, glucocorticoids, etc.) 7: Received GLP-1RA, DPP4i and insulin therapy within the first 3 months 8: Previous personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, or type 2 multiple endocrine tumor syndrome 9: Severe liver function injury, severe renal insufficiency, and severe heart failure (NYHA III-IV) 10: Allergic patients to Semaglutide and its excipients.
