18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: 18-65 years old, systemically healthy 2: diagnosed with periodontitis, and have completed periodontal initial therapy for more than 3 months, with good oral hygiene 3: sites with residual probing depth = 5mm and bleeding on probing, x-ray shows the depth of infrabony defects = 3 mm (including osseous craters) 4: normal pulp vitality or has received complete root canal treatment 5: normal preoperative laboratory testing, no surgical contraindications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Teeth with grade III mobility, hopeless prognosis, or the defects associated with furcation involvement 2: women who plan to become pregnant in the short term, pregnant or lactating women 3: smokers 4: receiving orthodontic treatment 5: patients with uncontrolled diabetes or other systemic diseases that affect tissue healing 6: patients who are allergic to grafting materials
