Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Considering the diagnosis of chronic ankle instability patients based on clinical manifestations, physical examination, and auxiliary examinations 2) Follow the doctor's instructions to perform rehabilitation exercises for patients after surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Diabetes patients; 2) Previous history of smoking and drinking; 3) Patients with concomitant knee and hip joint diseases on the affected side; 4) Patients with poor quality of remaining tissue in the anterior talofibular ligament; 5) Patients with other lower limb vascular diseases (thromboangiitis obliterans, lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans, Reynolds syndrome, etc.); 6) Patients who have previously undergone other lower limb surgeries (such as tibiofibular fracture ORIF, calcaneal fracture ORIF, Pilon fracture, etc.); 7) Patients with hematological disorders, bleeding constitution, history of coagulation dysfunction, prolonged PT and APTT, and patients with PLT below normal; 8) Pregnant or reproductive age women with positive pregnancy tests and lactating women; 9) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary liver dysfunction; 10) Patients who do not follow medical advice, do not cooperate, or are not suitable for examination after surgery;
