Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pathological diagnosis of primary IgA nephropathy or diabetic nephropathy; (2) The quality of Masson stained sections met the requirements of pathological diagnosis; (3) At least 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Familial IgA nephropathy or IgA nephropathy caused by other genetic factors; (2) IgA nephropathy with other glomerulonephritis or diabetic nephropathy; (3) Diabetic nephropathy with other glomerular diseases; (3) Masson staining sections of frozen tissues.
