Study on anesthesia effect of obese patients

Interventions

R1:After entering the operating room, the invasive arterial blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram, pulse oxygen saturation and bifrequency index of brain (BIS) were continuously monitored. Int
R2:The dose of remazolam in R2 group was calculated according to ideal body weight (IBW), and the other interventions were the same as those in R1 group.
R3:The dose of remazolam in the R3 group was calculated by fat free body weight (LBW), and the other interventions were the same as those in the R1 group.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing endotracheal intubation under elective general anesthesia; (2) ASA grade ? ~ ?; (3) Patients aged 18-60 years old; (4) Body mass index 28kg/m2 or above; (5) The patient understands the clinical trial and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of allergy to narcotic drugs; (2) mental and nervous system diseases; (3) Serious heart, lung, kidney and metabolic diseases.
