Control group (CTR):Low-Intensity Squats (High Bar Squats)
Blood flow restriction group (BFRT):Blood flow restriction while squatting at low intensity
Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS):Electrical muscle stimulation while low-Intensity squats
Blood flow restriction combined with electrical muscle stimulation group (CMB):Blood flow restriction and electrical muscle stimulation while low-intensity squats

18 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants have been diagnosed with KOA through MRI; 2. Participants have presented non-specific symptoms including activity-related pain, effusion, etc.; 3. Participants have not had recent fresh, unscabbed open wounds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants have confirmed allergies to pressurized materials; 2. Participants have been unable to complete the required intervention exercises due to personal reasons; 3. Participants have been intolerant to experimentally applied pressure or electrical stimulation intensities; 4. Participants have experienced other adverse reactions.
