Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for overweight and obesity; 2.With the spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome; 3.Age 18 - 65 years, gender is not limited; 4.can persist in 3-month exercise, agree to the graded Baduanjin intervention and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women; 2.Patients with limb dysfunction, contraindications to exercise, etc. are not suitable for graded Baduanjin exercise; 3.Moderate to severe cognitive impairment, severe mental or consciousness disorders, etc. are not suitable for this study; 4.Patients enrolled in other interventional clinical trials or within 3 months; 5.In the past 3 months, patients with weight loss measures such as acupuncture, embedding, drugs, and exercise have been regularly used.
