Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years, male and female unlimited; 2. Colorectal laterally spreading colorectal tumour/polyp diagnosed by colonoscopy; 3. JNET typed as type 1 or type 2A; 4. Subjects willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy, lactation and menstruation; 2. Hypersensitivity to simethicone oil or compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion; 3. Patients with cardiac, renal, pulmonary and neurological insufficiency; 4. Patients with a previous diagnosis of malignant or laterally spreading tumors; 5. Patients with a previous diagnosis of anxiety and depression; 6. Patients who have taken psychotropic drugs in the last 1 month.
