Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with hydrocephalus: Hydrocephalus was clinically diagnosed and received ventriculoperitoneal shunt. Caregivers of children with hydrocephalus: ? family members of children with hydrocephalus who volunteer to take care of the main task (care time is more than 8 hours/day; If there are more than one caregiver, the oldest caregiver); ? The caregiver is over 18 years old, has no mental disorders and can communicate with normal language; ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with hydrocephalus: those with other serious cardiopulmonary diseases. Caregivers of children with hydrocephalus: ? with other serious cardiopulmonary diseases; (2) By the welfare home personnel care or nanny and other paid personnel to take care of.
