14 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eating disorder group: a. Age 14-50 years; b. Right-handed; c. Meets one of the diagnoses of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, or binge eating disorder of DSM-5, and eating disorder is the first primary diagnosis; d. No previous history of psychiatric illness; e. not yet receiving psychiatric medication; f. Voluntarily enrolled and able to cooperate with the completion of the tests required for the study. Healthy control group: a. no history of psychiatric illness; b. body mass index within normal range; c. right-handed; d. matched with gender and age of the case group; e. Obtain informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Eating disorder group: a. currently suffering from other mental disorders; b. suffering from other serious neurological diseases; c. equipped with fixed metal dentures, pacemakers or metal prostheses and other persons who cannot complete the magnetic resonance scan; d. Those who do not cooperate with the examination or cannot effectively complete the test Healthy controls: a. previous substance abuse (drugs, alcohol, or other psychoactive substances); b. Current or previous use of psychotropic drugs; c. There are metal objects (such as metal dentures, pacemakers, etc.) in the body that affect the MRI scan; e. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the study.
