Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? = 18 years old; ? those who can read, write and communicate in Chinese; ? primary family caregivers (family, friends, neighbors) of the person with dementia who provide care at least twice a week; ? the person being cared for is diagnosed with dementia or has cognitive impairment (AD8 score > 2) as measured using the AD8 dementia screening tool.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? having severe mental health conditions or terminal illness; ? being involved in other studies.
