Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Main inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-65 years and gender; ? planning to undergo pulmonary nodule resection, requiring preoperative hookwire puncture localization; ? Chest CT showing pulmonary nodules <2 cm in diameter; ? Physical status score ECOG 0-1; ? Adequate hematology, liver, kidney, and coagulation functions; ? Patients participated voluntarily and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?The lesion is located anterior to the scapula and the access path is obstructed; ? The distance between the center of the lesion and the top of the diaphragm is <2 cm; ? The presence of 2 or more pulmonary nodules requiring localization; ? known history of human immunodeficiency virus infection, syphilis infection, and other contraindications to puncture; ? Voluntary withdrawal of the patient in the middle of the procedure; ?Patients not eligible for enrollment as assessed by the investigator.
