18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years. (2) Pain and muscle tension located between the upper neck line and shoulder blades. (3) Duration of neck pain lasting for 3 months or more. (4) Neck pain VAS score = 30 points. (5) Proficient in using the social app WeChat. (6) Willing to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form. (7) Have family members or friends to supervise safety conditions when exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Specific spinal conditions such as infection, spinal tumor, spinal tuberculosis, spinal fractures, spondylolisthesis, or aneurysm. (2) Neck pain caused by other diseases. (3) Pregnancy or breastfeeding. (4) History of spinal surgery. (5) Patients who have received a therapeutic exercise program for neck pain in the past three months. (6) Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.
