Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of patients 50-85 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with lymph node metastasis or distant metastatic prostate cancer; 3. The results of prostate puncture biopsy, radionuclide bone imaging and prostate MRI showed the characteristics of metastatic prostate cancer. 4. Sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot understand the research process/do not have the intention to participate in this research project, and are unwilling or unable to provide medical records, examination reports and other relevant materials; 2. Clinically, patients with severe metabolic, immune, neurological, blood, digestive, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
