Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy under general anesthesia, colorectal cancer surgery, and gynecological surgery; 2.Age =18 years old; 3. Operation duration =3h 4. ASA rating :I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with eye diseases (glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts and retinal detachment); 2. Baseline IOP > 30mmHg; 3. Patients with a history of ophthalmic surgery; 4. Patients with a history of dexmedetomidine allergy; 5. Hypotension, uncontrolled hypertension, bradycardia <60 times /min, abnormal ventricular conduction, congestive heart failure; 6.Liver failure, kidney failure; 7. Patients with neurological or mental illness.
