Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There is shortness of breath, RR = 30 times/minute; ? In a static state, the oxygen saturation is =93%when sucking the air; ? Arterial blood oxygen division (PAO2)/Oxygen concentration (FIO2) =300mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133kPa), high altitude (more than 1,000 meters above sea level) should be corrected to PAO2/FIO2 according to the following formulas: PAO2/FIO2 × [[FIO2 × [ 760/atmospheric pressure (mmHg)]; ? The clinical symptoms are aggravated, and the lung imaging science shows that the lesions have made significant progress in 24 to 48 hours. 2) Dangerous type: One of the following situations: ? respiratory failure occurs, and mechanical ventilation is required; ? Park; ? Combined other organ failure requires ICU monitoring treatment. 2. Age =14 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Exclusion criteria
