Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To accurately screen for ARC, patients' renal function needs to be continuously monitored. Based on the patients' serum creatinine values recorded in the hospital test information system, clinical pharmacists used the Ccockcroft-Gault (C-G) formula to calculate CrCl, and after several evaluations, patients with CrCl >130 mL-min-1-1.73 m-2 were screened as study subjects, and patients with Meropenem for treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in patients with ARC were included in the experimental group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of renal insufficiency were excluded
