Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 years old = Age<75 years old; (2) MHD treatment for = 3 months, 3 times per week, 4 hours per session; (3) Three months before intervention, blood pressure before dialysis was = 90/60mmHg, and Hypotension did not occur during 1/3 dialysis; (4) The patient's vital signs are basically stable, in good condition, and the expected survival period is more than 2 years; (5) During the study period, the original treatment plan was maintained without adjusting the antihypertensive and pressor drugs; (6) Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) After treatment, blood pressure>160/110mmHg and severe anemia (Hb<60g/L); (2) Thrombosis in lower limb veins; (3) Patients with severe swelling of lower limb muscles or joints, impaired limb mobility, and inability to tolerate ischemic preconditioning intervention; (4) Patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within the past 6 months, such as cardiac insufficiency, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, and moderate stroke; (5) Uncontrolled infection and fever of unknown cause, Vasculitis, Raynaud's disease, Diabetic foot, large capillary fragility, and multiple peripheral neuropathy; (6) Coagulation dysfunction or active visceral bleeding and malignant tumors.
