Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? patients admitting to the intensive care unit of our hospital ? aged =18 years old ? met the Sepsis3.0 diagnostic criteria for sepsis ? voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients returning to intensive care unit after sepsis treatment; ? patients who are expected to stay in ICU for less than 48 hours; ? patients who have evidence supporting the occurrence and development of sepsis for more than 72 hours.
