Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with MSA who met the diagnostic criteria of probable and likely MSA proposed by Gilman et al. in 2008 and whose diagnosis was confirmed by first-, second-, and third-line physicians; ? Detailed and reliable medical history recall; ? Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from other chronic degenerative diseases of the nervous system; (2) Patients with other diseases and serious complications; (3) Those who cause limb mobility disorders or affect the assessment of the condition due to other reasons.
