40 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 40-59 years old ; 2 Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of prediabetes ; 3 No contraindications to plate test ; 4 Non-vegetarians ; 5 Agree to join this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 pregnant or lactating women ; 2 patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction and other cardiovascular diseases ; 3 patients with emphysema, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other lung diseases ; 4 patients with renal insufficiency, acute and chronic nephritis and other kidney diseases ; 5 patients who received contraceptives, glucocorticoids, lipid-lowering drugs, metformin and other drugs affecting glucose metabolism ; 6 patients who received antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, probiotics, whole bowel, glutamine and other drugs that affect the intestinal flora ; 7 Smokers and alcoholics ; 8 Patients who exercised regularly for more than 1 hour per week within 3 months before enrollment.
