Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria ? Those meeting the above diagnostic criteria; ? Age 18-60; ? Course of disease = 12 weeks; ? Those who can understand and complete relevant scales; ? Have done lumbar imaging examination (such as X-ray, CT) in the past year; ? If receiving other external treatment or drug treatment, the patient will go through a washout period of more than 5 days; ? Informed consent and voluntary cooperation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria ? Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; ? Low back pain does not last more than 12 weeks; ? The diagnosis of spinal diseases is unclear; ? Serious osteoporosis, or bone metastasis of tumor, or space occupying lesion in spinal canal, bone injury, spina bifida occulta, or spondylolysis; Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other immune diseases; ? Lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal canal stenosis; ? Patients with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases and tumors; ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? Patients with cognitive impairment or psychosis; ? Patients suffering from infectious diseases or skin infections that are harmful and should not be treated with acupuncture; ? Patients with poor compliance who cannot actively cooperate with the examination and treatment. Those that comply with any of the above provisions shall be excluded.
