Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: ? patients with a diagnosis of cancer based on pathology or cytology, at an advanced stage (clinical stage: stage III, stage IV) with an expected survival of 3 months or more; ? expected hospital stay of at least 2 weeks; ? age = 18 years; Inclusion criteria for caregivers: ? knowledge of the patient's condition; ? primary caring responsibility and participation in patient treatment and care decisions; ? age = 18 years; ? no communication barriers; ? voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria: ? suffering from psychiatric illness; ? having vital organ damage; ? treatment with radical surgery; ? being involved in other studies. Caregivers exclusion criteria: ? paid caregivers; ? caregivers who are not regular during the study period; ? those with a history of mental illness or other reasons that make it difficult to participate in the intervention; ? those who participate or have participated in similar studies within the past 6 months.
