18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ?APACHE II score =10 ; ? Admitted to the ICU for more than 48 hours; ? Patients who need an indwelling catheter due to their condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Regular dialysis; ? Urine volume < 0.5ml/kg/h for more than 6 hours; ? Skeletal muscle atrophy; ? Fasting and no enteral or parenteral nutrition therapy; ? Severe hypotension requires a large dose of vasopressor; ? Take cimetidine, ranitidine; ? Patients without catheterization.
