Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years old ; pathological diagnosis of cancer, including oral cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer, laryngeal cancer ; clinical stage II-IV ; normal cognitive and communication function ; informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with dysphagia caused by stroke, peripheral neuropathy, etc. ; patients with head and neck tumor recurrence ; patients with primary malignant tumors in other parts.? Those with severe postoperative infection or poor healing should not undergo exercise training.
