Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation (l4/5) 2. age: 18-65 years old 3. pain and/or numbness, muscle tension symptoms in waist and lower limbs 4. voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous spinal surgery, spinal trauma, spinal infection, spinal tumor, hemivertebrae, transitional vertebrae, scoliosis and other diseases; 2. suffering from severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney diseases; 3. patients with mental illness and senile dementia who can not cooperate to complete the clinical study; 4. pregnant and lactating women;
